A full house of 80 of you tackled either:
42,195km Ski/Row or 84,390m Bike Erg, with a 200m run after each effort 😮💨
All in support of Movember and Men’s mental health 🫶
The energy remained high during the 2.5 - 3+ hours, showcasing the incredible support within our community! ⚡️⚡️

MOVEMBER MARATHON! 👨🏽
It’s time to unite! ❤️ against mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.
This Saturday, teams of 4/5 will tackle a marathon distance—42.2km on Ski/Row or 84.4km on the Bike Erg! ⚡️⚡️
The event kicks off at 7:00 am, preceded by our regular Team Sweat session at 6:00 am.

This year, our late cancel and no-show fees supported incredible individuals like @bonniewiggins , who walked 72km for bowel cancer awareness, and Courtney, who organized a charity event for women`s mental health.
Exciting news for this quarter… we`re thrilled to donate $1227.56 to @locky_warner and his Flanny 5km event for @movember , benefiting men`s mental health 👨🏽
