First timers

With our carefully designed programs, REVL Training allows you to experience the kind of targeted and high-performance training that was once reserved exclusively for professional athletes. REVL is the perfect combination of strength and conditioning, ideal for anyone looking to take their training to the next level.

What to expect

REVL has strength-based sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (Move/Perform), and cardio-based sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (Sweat). Attending 3-5 sessions per week is recommended for maximum results.

Before class
When you step into the studio on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, you’ll notice that Move and Perform run on opposite sides of the room. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, Sweat sessions run across the entire gym floor. Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early so one of our friendly coaches can check you into the class, show you through the studios amenities and session flow.
During the class
Sessions run for 50 minutes. You’ll start with a warm-up, each section of the programming will be demonstrated by one of our passionate coaches. Equipment is shared when classes are full, it’s not only great motivation throughout the session but you’ll be sure to make some friends in between reps. Bring a water bottle and a towel, we’ve got the rest covered!
After the class
Feel free to provide feedback to the studio manager after the session, we’re here to ensure you have a great REVL experience and are always looking to improve this through conversations with our REVL members.
