Already fitting in perfectly, he’s got Adelaide marathon on is agenda 🏃🏼‍➡️ owns a gorgeous doggo, Mr. Winston the frenchie 🐶 is a self confessed chocolate chip connoisseur, very handy at Ju-Jitsu and light on his feet when salsa dancing 🕺🏼

PROSPECT, VOLUME WEEKS ARE HERE 💪🏼

Here’s the 101 on what VOLUME WEEKS mean:

⚡️ The REVL Program is designed with longevity in mind, which is why the 3 week Volume Phase lays the foundation for progression. 
⚡️ This PHASE focuses on hypertrophy and muscle definition... AKA building lean muscle mass! ⬆️ Higher reps with low-to-moderate weight allows technique refinement to reduce injury risk, and muscular endurance development to unlock more reps before succumbing to fatigue.
💪🏼 STRENGTH: MOVE & PERFORM
Throughout volume in our strength based programs, Move & Perform, you can expect to focus on muscular hypertrophy, increasing lean muscle whilst also increasing muscular endurance.
⚡️With both compound and accessory rep ranges averaging 10-15 in Move and 8-12 in Perform, you can expect low-moderate loads. 
As the 3 weeks progress reps decrease slightly and the load begins to increase to prepare our members for the build phase.
💪🏼 CONDITIONING: ENGINE & SPRINT
Throughout volume in our cardio based programs
Sweat Engine & Sweat Sprint expect formats that compliment Move & Perform without sacrificing their intent.
🔥 SPRINT is focused around shorter and more intense efforts with longer set rest periods, tapping into maximum anaerobic power but reduced overall volume to allow recovery from the day prior.
🚂 ENGINE focuses on building the aerobic base, understanding the importance of pacing strategies to lay a foundation to be built upon as the block progresses.

REBUILD IS HERE 🪡

Prospect here’s the 101 on rebuild weeks: 

This three week period bridges the gap between PEAK WEEKS (where we found our baseline) and VOLUME WEEKS. The reps and volume will creep its way back up ⬆️

It’s also the perfect time to reevaluate our goals, our training intentions and routine. The cold weather doesn’t make it any easier to get out of bed, we know! BUT let’s take this opportunity to refocus our reasons on why we chose to train 🚂 and what we want to achieve in our next training block ⚡️

Also this is your friendly reminder that our EOFY offer ends in 12 DAYS 😱 never done a REVL session? REBUILD IS THE PERFECT TIME! This phase allows you to be ready to hit the ground running by the time our next block starts 👊🏼

Prospect, what an insane morning 🔥

Congratulations to our entire community! From first time RTG participants to our ‘OG CHAMPS,’ you guys were amazing as we shared stories of PB’s, last minute fill ins (in their house clothes 😉) and new friendships. The vibes were huge and the bacon and egg rolls after trumped group photos 🤣🥓
