Mel’s holistic and real world approach is about lifestyle and sustainable habits which is completely aligned with what we’re about here 😇 

There was plenty of simple takeaways that can be actioned immediately and bridge the gap that sometimes can be a struggle between exercise and the correct nutrition according to our goals.
Not only looking at food as simply calories in/out, but taking into account macronutrient balancing, optimising workout fuelling, using food for medicinal benefits and the gut/brain and mood connection.

Plenty happening in the next few.

On the training side of things, we’ve just kicked off our Deload week. This serves as some much needed decrease in load and cardio intensity across our strength and sweat days, but by no means a rest.
Think of it as a chance to dial in on movement quality, explore different positions with some varied exercises, and really prime ourselves for what’s to come with the PEAK Phase.

Week 1 of Peak is geared towards driving close to that ceiling of where we’re at and best set ourselves up for testing! Week 2 is our BASELINE strength testing across all Move and Perform sessions, then Week 3 we do the same on the Sweat side of things. These 2 weeks are the outcome of the hard work and consistency put in over the last couple of months and provide a direct snapshot of where our strength and fitness is now at! 👊

This Thursday at 6:30 Clinical Nutritionist Malissa Fedelle is onsite for a very special workshop diving into all things:

Holistic nutrition
Gut health
Recipes  
Samples
