Progressive overload is the gradual increase in stress placed on the body during exercise, aiming to continuously challenge and improve one's physical abilities. This can be from lifting heavier weights, performing more repetitions, or increasing the intensity of your workouts over time.

PEAK PHASE STARTING MONDAY 💥

Can you believe we are almost in week 8 of our 10 week training block?! 

It's time to prep and prime the body ready getting ready for TESTING / BASELINE kicking off from the following week. This block will look a little different with SWEAT testing first and then PERFORM & MOVE the week following 💦

We know all your goals are different. Some of us love improving our 1RM; whilst others are here to keep improving our general fitness and just FEEL GOOD However, getting too 'comfortable with our training we can plateau, stopping us from seeing these changes.

So, to keep challenging (and changing), sometimes we do need to up the weights & push that bit harder!

Our REVL programming uses principles of 'progressive overload to challenge ourselves in different ways; whether it's tempo, volume or load.

These next few weeks we focus on LOAD; encouraging you to reach for weights perhaps outside your comfort zone, helping you to become more aware of what you're capable of ongoing!
DELOAD WEEK STARTS TODAY ⚡️

One of the most important parts of the REVL program starts now.

This week will give your body time to recover after the previous weeks of non-stop hard work.

But don't worry - you will still get the most out of your workouts and feel the burn/sweat 🔥
