We’ll finish our month off with our Movember Marathon. This is our Men’s Mental Health Fundraiser. No TEAM SWEAT’s will be held this day as it’ll be a huge morning for our members, pushing to their limits to show their support.

Engine is all about pacing ourselves through longer efforts to build on our aerobic energy system. You’ll find a pace and settle into it to dig deep and reach your targets 💥

Mondays at REVL are our full body strength days known as TOTAL. Both move and perform sessions will see a key focus on the hinge movement pattern being loaded through heavy deadlift variations. This will be further complemented by a variety of upper and lower body movements to increase skill acquisition.

This session will always start with a warm up that is going to prepare your body both physically and mentally to take on the demands of the session. The load and volume of the sessions will very much depend on the phase of the training block we are in.

Currently we are in the BUILD PHASE where we aim to increase muscular strength by adding more load to the bar after 3 weeks of increasing the total volume.
