Residual training adaptations (Muscle memory) are a thing. Every time we train our nervous system banks data, every time cellular changes occur in the body we bank that data too, just for safekeeping.

Turns out to be quite useful actually, if we take a breather for week or two & write ourself off on Christmas ham, cold beer & ferraro rochers, it means the war is not lost 😅
