Speaking of, we've got a message from the Product Team about DELOAD!⁠
“As intensity and loads increase, our bodies begin to adapt to the stimulus provided to become fitter and stronger. This adaptation occurs in our recovery. With significant progression in both our Volume and Build phases up until now, we have demanded significant adaptations in a short period of time. DELOAD is essentially a buffer to provide more time for recovery and adaptation before we Peak.”⁠
So, get ready for a week of focused recovery, preparation and allowing your body to recharge and adapt to the challenging sessions to come. Embrace the DELOAD phase, because it's an essential part of your fitness journey inside REVL, leading you closer to reaching new heights of performance and achievement.
