PEAK // Wk 8-10

Our 3-week Peak Phase is all about showcasing your progression throughout the block. Highlighting your efforts and consistency. 

Strength based programs we continue to reduce reps and increase intensity through load. 

Sweat programs dial in and get super specific on movements, work periods and pacing strategies ahead of our baseline measures. 

With baseline measures spread over two weeks, individual workload can be managed more effectively resulting in a positive impact on performance and recovery.

MEET YOUR NEW TEAM MEMBER 

Coach Chloe, our dedicated team member at REVL Brighton! With 5 years of experience in the fitness industry and 2 years at REVL, Chloe’s coaching style is nurturing yet precise, ensuring you get the push you need in your workouts. 

Her favourite REVL sessions are Perform Lower and Saturday Team Sweat. 
Beyond the gym, she’s training for her first full marathon in July and enjoys running half marathons (often 😛). 

We’re thrilled to have her on board! 👏🏼👏🏼
DELOAD PHASE - Wk 7

WHY? 
The build phase places a huge demand on our muscles. If we continue to push the limit without allowing our bodies to adapt and recover, we then become more susceptible to injury.

Deload allows time for adaptions to take place and without taking our foot off the pedal for a small period, we would “hit a wall” in terms of performance and recovery. 

‘Strength is built in recovery’.

Sessions //
Move/Perform - Expect to see an increase in reps and reduction in weight. This week is NOT a rest week, but rather a reduction in load on the muscles. 

Sweat - Expect to see a reduction in loaded movements and an increased appearance of machines (ergs), bodyweight and carries. 

This week is all about priming our bodies for PEAK PHASE.

2 DAYS UNTIL RTG! 

Taking us back a week ago for the REVL Coaches Team Games where the boys took on the challenge. 

The games are a great experience to push yourself to limits and hit some PBs.

We can’t wait to launch RTG this weekend! 
Arrival from 7.15am 
Starting off soon after 7.30am 
And wrapping up around 9.30am! 

We will have food, drinks and prizes for the day! 

And remember there are prizes for best dressed team so get your outfits ready!
