Perform - 1RM BB Deadlift & BB Push Press/Jerk baseline testing

Move - 3RM BB Bench Press & BB Hip Thrust or BB Power Clean Baseline testing 
Perform - 1RM BB Back/Front Squat & BB Power Clean

✨FRIDAY✨
Move - 3RM BB Back/Front Squat & BB Push Press/Push Jerk Baseline testing 
Perform - 1RM BB Bench Press & Pull Up/Chin Up or Pendlay Row 

Why do we Baseline Test?🤔

Baseline testing allows us to collect data on our lifts and put the strength we’ve built to the test. This information becomes valuable in the next training block, taking the guesswork out of your lifting.

You’ll go into every session with confidence, knowing exactly what weights you should be using to drive progress and keep the GAINZ coming 💪🏼
