It’s time to REBUILD 🫡
Following Baseline is the REBUILD PHASE!
Throughout this phase the stimulus of sessions transition from heavy loads and larger rest periods back to volume across Move & Perform over 3-weeks.
This gives the body the necessary time to adjust to the change in stimulus ✨
MOVE/PERFORM 🏋️♀️
Expect the REBUILD to come through steady increases and reintroduction of total volume from week to week. Similar to how we work through all other phases with progressive overload, think of this phase as the opposite to that.
SWEAT 😤
Expect to have varied session styles that in some session will also have you working in teams.
The stimulus of these sessions remain relativity untouched, Sprint sees short sharp sustained efforts building anaerobic capacity, whilst Engine sticks with longer sustained efforts to build aerobic capacity.

MOVE // You’ll get the opportunity to build to a heavy 5RM, 3RM or 1RM
PERFORM // You’ll build to your 1RM for all your main lifts + 1-2RM for some accessories
+ expect a spicy finisher in MOVE and PERFORM each session 🔥
Although we do encourage everyone to have a crack this week, we understand if you’re not feeling up to it. However, we still recommend coming along as you’re guaranteed to get a great session in regardless whilst also being able to support your fellow members who are!

🥳 Get around each other in the gym!

😴 Focus on sleep, recovery, food intake and hydration
