Welcome to BUILD PHASE 🧱

👉🏻 What you can expect over the next 3 weeks: 

MOVE
In Move the build phase focuses solely on RPE guidelines.
This allows the individual to judge their own lifts and personalise the load to suit them in any particular session.

SWEAT
With the drop in total volume across Move & Perform, we ramp up the working time across our Sweat Sessions to ensure our work capacity continues to progress throughout the BUILD PHASE. The work-to-rest ratio is increased in our Sweat Sprint sessions which sees a reduction in rest periods, while our Sweat Engine sessions carry over the pacing strategies gained from the Volume Phase with longer efforts and the introduction of ‘chipper style’ session formats.

PERFORM
In BUILD, our Perform crew can expect the increase in weight to be delivered through percentage manipulation based on their BASELINE 1RM and also through recommendations of RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion).

1. All the exercises you’re used to doing in classes.
2. If you come to the Saturday classes, it’s very similar: fun team workouts. 👬👭
3. Socializing: there’s nothing better than a Saturday morning with your mates.
4. When was the last time you did something new? When was the last time you challenged yourself? You live once, this is a great chance to try something new! 😃

Hey Legends, the Revl team Games are back for 2024.	

We’re super keen to build on what we did last year, seeing you all throw down was just one of the best parts of 2023! ♥️

You’ll be in your teams of either 3 males or 3 females, coming in, competing in 4 workouts, but the main part is getting around each and every athlete that we have in this community, seeing them put forward their best attempts. 

With DJs there on the day, we’ll also have some supps in, some extra food and drink. 🎵🌯🍹

Hello, my name is Brad 👋🏻

5 years ago I became a PT bc I was trying to figure out how to eat better, get stronger and fitter myself.

I started group coaching at Three Pillar
Coaching and became the head coach. During that time I also started taking on 1:1 clients where I discovered my passion for helping people find their passion for strength training and falling in love with the gym.

I later got my Cert IV in nutrition to understand and teach my clients how to fuel their training and improve their body composition.
For the last year and a half l’ve been doing 1:1 coaching at Revo fitness which has been awesome but I missed the community of group fitness.
I’ve come to REVL to get fit and strong with some awesome people and help educate and push so we can all become the best version of ourselves!

Outside of the gym I love spending time with my fiancé, playing with my niece and nephew, going on long drives and listening to music.
Fun fact: I have a super broad taste in music and love almost everything! If I haven’t yet I’ll shortly ask you what top 5 artists you’d take with you to a deserted island! 😀
