SWEAT BASELINE incomingggg 🚀 

We are currently in week 9 of the block (Peak Week 2) and this week we’ll see our NEW Sweat BASELINE workouts being rolled out for the very first time! 🤩

Last week was all about getting super specific on movements, work periods and pacing strategies. All in preparation to build confidence for this week!

These BASELINE workouts are a great tool we can use to help us set goals & monitor our progress across the training blocks throughout 2024 📈

WEEK 7 - DELOAD 🙌

Nothing better than a short recovery period in the training block before we head into PEAK.

What is Deload week? Here’s a message straight from our Product Team!

“As intensity and loads increase, our bodies begin to adapt to the stimulus provided to become fitter and stronger. This adaptation occurs in our recovery. With significant progression in both our Volume and Build phases up until now, we have demanded significant adaptations in a short period of time. DELOAD is essentially a buffer to provide more time for recovery and adaptation before we Peak.”

So, get ready for a week of focused recovery and allow your body to recharge and adapt to the challenging sessions to come 💪
