REVL PROSPECT X MICHAEL QUINN 🏃

REVL Prospect is excited to host a running seminar by physiotherapist, triathlete, endurance and triathlon coach, Michael “Quinny” Quinn. 

This two hour seminar will cover running economy vs efficiency vs form, long distance road running specific, real time running form analysis, as well as varying technique for inclines/declines.

If you would like to run more efficiently during REVL sessions, have 2024 running goals, would like to get into running or prevent injuries, this one is for you!

A gentle reminder from us to you - sustainable training builds sustainable humans 🏋🏼‍♀️ 

The goal is to build capacity - not to constantly test it. And that’s why our programming is so specific. We offer your system greater capability to perform when needed. And have the option to scale down if your capacity isn’t there yet/on that day/rehab/injuries/life. 

Currently, BUILD WEEK 2 is continuing to see the weights and rest periods to increase and the reps to decrease. This PHASE focuses on building muscular strength. The transition from our Volume to Build Phase uses progressive-overload by gradually increasing the weight from week to week, ensuring we minimise risk while the loads continue to increase ⛰️

BUILD PHASE IS HERE ⚡️

This phase focuses on maximal STRENGTH and percentage based work (in Perform) with a routine full body split, hitting equal volume across the week. 

You will find less reps & an increased load.

Using principles of progressive overload to challenge the body to make necessary changes to SEE/FEEL change.

Make sure you are working on your goals from the start of the block and if you need any support in doing so, have a chat to one of your coaches! We would love to help!
